The Crescent Canvas Sling is a half moon crossbody bag in washed 100% cotton canvas, sized 16" L x 4.5" W x 11" H. It opens on a two-way zipper, carries one zippered pocket and one open slip pocket inside, and hangs from an adjustable strap you can wear on the shoulder or across the chest.

Why the crescent shape

The dumpling curve follows your side rather than hanging square, so the bag lies flat against the body and stays put when you walk. It takes a wallet, a set of keys, your phone and a tall reusable cup — enough for a market Saturday or a long train ride, without the bulk of a tote.

What the canvas feels like

High-density cotton canvas, garment washed before it ships. It arrives already softened, with a gently faded surface and the quiet vintage character of a bag you have carried for a while. There is no lining inside, which keeps the weight down and lets the canvas do the work.

A note on shade. Because the canvas is garment washed rather than piece dyed, colour varies a little between production runs, and photographs shift it again depending on the light. Earthy Brown in particular can read lighter or deeper than the studio image. That variation is part of a washed finish, not a flaw.

The details

  • Two-way zipper. The main opening pulls apart from either end, so you can reach in one-handed without taking the bag off.
  • Two inner pockets. One zippered pocket for cards and keys, one open slip pocket for whatever you grab most.
  • Adjustable, fixed strap. Slide it shorter for a shoulder carry or longer for a crossbody drop. The strap stays attached — it is not removable — and finishes with a small tan tab at the end.
  • Unisex by design. Three washed neutrals — Olive Green, Earthy Brown, Vintage Grey — cut and sized to work equally well for men and women.

Care

Hand wash in cool water using a gentle soap, then hang to dry. Keep it out of the washing machine and the dryer. Imported.
