The 'Everyday' Shawl – Solid Colors

What it is. An oversized solid shawl, 76.8" x 39.4" (195 x 100 cm), woven from 80% polyester and 20% viscose. The two short ends finish in a soft fringe; the long sides are clean.

The wardrobe workhorse. Wide enough to sit across both shoulders rather than only around the neck, which is what makes it work at an outdoor dinner, over a swimsuit, or across your knees on a plane.

• SOFT, FLUID DRAPE: A polyester-viscose weave that is soft to the hand and cool against the skin, and compresses to almost nothing in a carry-on.

• FRINGED ENDS: A soft fringe on the two short ends instead of a stitched hem — the relaxed finish that gives the piece its easy, undone look.

• 76.8" x 39.4" (195 x 100 cm): Wear it as a shoulder shawl, a full wrap, a sun cover-up over a swimsuit, or folded lengthwise as a neck piece.

• EASY CARE: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, washing darks and lights separately, then hang to dry. Creases from folding relax after hanging. Keep it clear of hook-and-loop fasteners and rough zippers, which can pull a thread.
