Yes, this is 100% mulberry silk — 12 momme silk charmeuse, finished with a narrow rolled hem.

A pale blue ground with gold fan shaped plumes and magenta scalloped petals drawn over black and white line work, closed in by a blue and lilac striped border on all four sides.
