Yes, this is 100% mulberry silk — 12 momme silk twill, screen printed by hand on a flat table, with every edge rolled and stitched by hand.

This is the smallest square in the range. At approximately 18.1 x 18.1 in. it is made for a close knot at the throat, a band through hair, or a tie on a bag handle — the places a 21 in. square is slightly too much cloth for.

The print is the same on all three: evenly spaced black dots with a solid black band running around all four sides, so it reads graphic from across a room and quiet up close. The ground changes the mood entirely — warm olive, muted steel blue, or a greige that sits between beige and grey.

Twill has more body than a plain weave of the same weight, which is why a knot in this one keeps its shape through a day rather than sliding loose by lunchtime.
